We wish to inform you that the Chairperson, Cabinet Appointed Negotiation Committee, Ministry of Petroleum Resources Development in Sri Lanka has invited to submit Request for Qualification (RFQ) to import, export, blend, produce, supply distribute or sell lubricants and greases from International Parties.

As you would note, closing date for submission of RFQ is on 5th November 2018 at 1500 hrs.
