A new calendar year has begun. The first half will be greatly consumed by election fever. Generally markets look up in an election year as extra money is spent, and governments also increase spending.

Any case Indian economy is looking up, with GDP growth pegged at 7.50% for the year. India remains the fastest growing economy in the large economies. There will be more money in the consumers hands, so buying at retails (either online or retail shops will look up smartly. There is talk about the income tax slabs being increased in the interim budget in Feb end, thereby again leaving more cash in the hands of middle class.

Stock markets remain steady to strong. In the year 2018, there was some slowdown in the public bourses , but it is expected that companies will again push for IPOs or raising new funds from the public . It’s a good time to enter . All in all, looks like a great year.

Shri Vivek Bagri, aged 35 years, is a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Mumbai University; he is a CEO in Livedarshan Private Limited and having rich experience of 12 years in varied segments. He is expert in setting strategy and vision for the company, deciding and outlaying budgets, Managing projects and project teams, forming partnerships with domestic and international Partner/Company. He has bust Company’s growth significantly within the span period of 5 years.
