The abrogation of Art 370 has laid open the blossoming of J&K, especially Kashmir. It’s like Cuba opening up to the world. The youth of Kashmir are waiting to take their place in the world. My suggestion is to create an Technology driven sector as the youth will prefer to get into the futuristic business sector, rather than in tourism and carpets etc.

We should imitate the USA Valley or Israeli models where tech companies are creating millions of hitch and high paying jobs. A special business dispensation should be created especially for Kashmir which encourages and acts as a magnet to attract world technology companies to set up shop. Huge investments are not needed for these type of businesses as these are people driven not needing large manufacturing. Just requires a right business model.

Completed B.Com from Lala Lajpat Rai College and LLB from Government Law college Mumbai with distinction. She started her career with family Law firm, A.S. Bhawalkar & Associates and then went on to work for Law Point, a boutique and niche Law firm, dealing in Property and Real Estate Law. Later she worked as a Senior Legal Consultant for a leading Real Estate Company and has founded Law wiz providing services pertaining to Real Estate, Property and Co-operative Law.

Specializes in Property Law and Co-operative Societies Law, and has over 25 years’ experience in the field. With well blended combination of knowledge and experience, offers clients a broad spectrum of legal advisory services in matters

Mr. Krishan Khanna

In 1996 he was the recipient of the National Citizen’s Award presented by the Prime Minister of India. In 2007, he was awarded the Rajiv Gandhi Award for Outstanding Proactive Leadership by the friends of South Asian American Community, USA. In 2011 he was honored by Nobel Laureate Prof. Mhd. Yunus and presented a ‘’Social Poineer Award’’ at a CSR function at Mumbai. In the June 2012 edition of the Education World, he was recognized as one of the 50 Leaders Changing Indian Education.

He worked for 55 years as a technocrat, out of which, nearly 7 years in Germany and Japan. He has worked in business, management and the social sector.

Ms. Neeta Tolani

• 20+ years work experience which includes general insurance, marketing and education.

Mr. Surendra Kumar Jalan

After a year, she took complete charge and started assisting in the designing process of fabrics manufacturing. Ms. Shikha Agarwal

Mrs. Shikha Aggarwal is the Whole Time Director. She holds a bachelor Degree in Arts with having more than 15 years experience in the garment industry; she has led Junction Fabrics and Apparels Limited to achieving accelerated growth, by particularly reading the requirements of the domestic market and carrying the business of readymade garments with various technical matters thereto. She believes that addressing societal concerns and creating a long-lasting benefit to society is integral to the business strategy and a duty of every business leader, her core values being; happiness, passion, versatility, authenticity, integrity and growing together. She is also one of the core promoters of our Company and spearheads the domestic sales of our products in the local market and in other areas.

Mr. Aditya Agrawal

Mr. Aditya Aggarwal is the Director, he holds an Honors degree in Bachelor of Commerce and has done his schooling from a well renowned school in Ooty. He joined Junction Fabrics And Apparels Limited as an Executive Director in the year 2017 and is now a Director of the Company, having a rich experience for over 2 years in the garment industry and with the Company. He mainly handles the overall import of surplus garments from the international realms.
