2. Entrepreneurship Essentials: This program is designed for individuals who may be considering starting their own business, first-time entrepreneurs with just the start of an idea (or in the early stages of their ventures), or individuals looking to join a start-up who want to understand the process of building a new business. This course is also for individuals interested in investing in startups, as well as undergraduate students with an interest in entrepreneurship.

• Identify an opportunity
• Evaluate an idea and assess the market
• Appreciate the risks and rewards of entrepreneurship
• Leverage experiments to validate your idea and refine your business strategy
• Discover the key financial decisions any entrepreneur must make in the early stages of a new venture
• Understand the process of raising capital and how to speak to investors
• Learn from successful entrepreneurs and leading venture capitalists, as well as peers

Program Duration: The program is approximately 25 - 30 hours of learning time delivered over a 4 week period

3. Disruptive Strategy: This course is based upon the ground-breaking theories and concepts developed by Harvard Business School professor Clayton Christensen.
It provides business leaders with an immersive learning experience to apply innovation and growth strategies. You will have the opportunity to gain confidence in your strategic thinking, articulate complex viewpoints and engage with peers across the globe on the theories made famous by Professor Christensen.

• Understand the three types of innovation and predict when they will happen
• Gain insight into customers’ buying behaviors
• Develop a strong intuition of where profit will be as your industry evolves
• Better manage the strategy development process to unlock innovation within your organization

Program Duration: Approximately 25 – 30 hours learning time delivered over a 6 weeks period
