IBG is considering setting up a CSR vertical. We get approached by various NGOs to procure funding for the good work they are doing to alleviate suffering as also for education of the poor. CSR (Corporate social Responsibility) is a government mandated amount that certain corporates have to donate to a list of specified areas/people/causes which need help in the country as part of poverty alleviation.

IBG has an optin mailing list of 5000 CEOs in Mumbai, most of whose companies must be falling under this category. As per regulations, such companies have to donate 2% of their annual profits towards such causes.

IBG will approve such deserving NGOs on one side and have corporates on the other, and do match making between them. NGOs and Corporates who want to participate in this program may write in to priya@ibg.org.in
